This policy applies to all Just Mackaay ReGroup Workshops’ (JMRW) past, present and future clients, attendees, participants and subscribers to any JMRW workshops, coaching and literary materials.
This policy covers all attendees, participants and subscribers’ personal and sensitive information collected by JMRW.
JMRW is committed to ensuring that the privacy of its attendees, participants and subscribers is protected with great care at all times.
The personal information collected by JMRW is limited to the information provided by attendees, participants and subscribers through online submissions and subscription requests.
JMRW may use or disclose or permit the use or disclosure of personal information to our partner organisations. JMRW’s partner organisations are those third parties that are used from time to time to assist in providing JMRW services. JMRW will not otherwise use or disclose or permit the use or disclosure of any personal information unless prior authorisation has been received from the individual attendee, participant and/or subscriber,
JMRW may from time to time utilise direct marketing to inform attendees, participants and subscribers about offers and promotions. Where practicable JMRW will seek consent from attendees, participants and subscribers before including them in direct marketing initiatives. JMRW will provide customers the opportunity to opt out of each specific direct marketing medium.
JMRW will store the contents of any emails if a legal requirement to do so is required.
The JMRW website may contain links to third party websites outside the JMRW website. JMRW is in no way responsible for the privacy and security practices on these sites. They are in no way covered by the policy set out here, and should have their own privacy and security policy contained on their site, which JMRW encourages attendees, participants and subscribers to read.
JMRW will share aggregated information and demographic information with partner organisations and advertisers, which is not linked to any personal information about attendees, participants and subscribers.
