The weekend workshops start late Friday afternoon and continue until late Sunday afternoon, somewhere quiet and peaceful, away from all the busyness of every day life.
After an informal "get to know" session, we will share a meal and some chat, after which I will explain the sequence of events for the remainder of the weekend in detail. The weekend is a completely catered for live-in workshop, which includes meals and accommodation.
The intention is certainly not for you to sit and listen to me talk all weekend, but for everyone in the group to become involved in a range of activities and discussions. For this reason the numbers are kept to a minimum, and everyone is encouraged to participate.
Along the way, we'll ask the question, "Where am I going?", and I'll give you the tools to address the second part of that all important question, "Who will come with me?" so that you can explore that in your own time.
I am confident that over the course of a weekend I can provide you with the tools you will need to move forward and get your life back on track. A FREE one-on-one coaching session is also available to you after the workshop, at a time convenient to you.
The ReGroup Workshops have finished for this year and will recommence in the early part of 2007. The dates, times and venues for the upcoming workshops will be advised soon. In the meantime if you would like to register your interest in attending a ReGroup Workshop (Australia only) I would invite you to do so.
If you are unable to attend a ReGroup Workshop you may want to take advantage of my FREE one-on-one online coaching or download my book The ReGroup Guideposts, (12 simple guidelines to help you move on after your break up!
This is what some of those who have attended the ReGroup Workshops said:
"Before I did a ReGroup Workshop, I didn't know who I was or where I was going. Thanks for your expertise and vision Just."
Brian D. (Girrawheen)
"Just's life experiences and training provide him with the ideal qualifications to lead the ReGroup Workshops, and he believes that there is a strong need for such a service in the community today."
Daniel N. (East Perth)
"Not only was this an ideal setting and conducive to learning new skills, the structuring of the course was good and I learned a lot from the way Just handles our individual problems. I thought he worked us out very well, and I, and others, responded well to his approach."
David C. (Helena Valley)
