RE:GROUP delivers fully integrated contract mining and haulage services across the Anthill and Lady Annie operations near Mount Isa, Queensland, supporting consistent production in a demanding operational environment.

Our scope includes all in-pit mining activities, with a modern fleet of 100-tonne dump trucks, excavators, dozers and ancillary equipment enabling efficient excavation, loading and pit management. Working closely with Austral Resources’ mine planning and production teams, our integrated project team maintains production stability under tight timelines while prioritising safety and operational precision.

In addition to mining operations, RE:GROUP provides all on-site haulage, transporting ore approximately 45 kilometres from pit to processing plant using our Ultraquad road train fleet. Our dedicated haulage operations team manages daily scheduling, loading coordination and haul road maintenance to ensure safe, efficient and continuous material movement.
